Welcome to Baltic Sea Fest in Helsinki!
Join us at Kansalaistori Square in Helsinki on Thursday, 27 August, to celebrate Baltic Sea Day at Baltic Sea Fest! Explore 15 themed tents and a lively programme offering inspiring experiences and insights into the Baltic Sea’s nature, culture, research and conservation.
Small everyday actions can make a big difference for the Baltic Sea!
Stop by the themed tent hosted by Rural Women’s Advisory Organization and Jalotus for practical tips and inspiration for a more sustainable everyday life. Learn how to reduce plastic use and discover simple ways to make more sustainable choices with the free Elämänjalotus (Refining Sustainable Lifestyle) course.
You can also sample delicious vegetable treats (limited quantities available) and pick up practical tips for adding more vegetables to your everyday meals.
Our themed tent is part of the Circ@Home project, which develops circular economy solutions to help residents and local communities make the transition towards a more sustainable lifestyle. The project is funded by the EU Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme.
Come along, get inspired and discover how small everyday choices can help protect the Baltic Sea!
