On 28 April, the second stakeholder meeting of the Pest Space project was held at the Institute of Plant Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences (IGR PAN) in Poznań. The event brought together project partners, stakeholders, and representatives of supporting organisations in a joint, in-person meeting combined with a training session on the use of the PlutoF application for developing a decision-support system in plant disease protection.
Technical details

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for direct contact and exchange between stakeholders and project partners, strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding within the project in a very positive and friendly atmosphere. As co-creators of the application, stakeholders shared their feedback and expert recommendations on how the final tool should be designed, which features are most important, and what functionalities are needed to best support end users.

In addition, attendees were introduced to the current progress of the Pest Space project and the functioning of the developing system. The programme also included a guided visit to the laboratories and experimental facilities where Pest Space research activities and experiments are being carried out.
