PestSpace Presented at the “Human and Nature Safety 2026” Conference

We are proud to share that the PestSpace project was presented at the Conference Human and Nature Safety 2026, organized by Vytautas Magnus University on 6–8 May 2026 in Lithuania. The presentation was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Sonata Kazlauskaitė during the session Ecology, Nature-Based Solutions, Sustainable Forestry, highlighting the goals and international impact of the PestSpace project in the field of sustainable environmental management.
Technical details

 

The conference is organized annually on the occasion of the International Days of Health, Environmental Protection, and Occupational Safety & Health. It brings together researchers and experts working on sustainability, environmental protection, ecology, and innovative solutions for safer interaction between humans and nature.

Assoc. Prof. Sonata Kazlauskaitė represented the project and shared the goals and activities of PestSpace with an audience of scientists and practitioners. Her presentation highlighted the importance of collaboration, research, and innovative approaches supporting sustainable environmental management.

Participation in the conference was an important opportunity to promote the PestSpace project and strengthen the visibility of the project within the scientific and environmental community in Lithuania.
