Technical details

On 25th and 26th April 2026, representatives of Flip-EC participated in GO.GRØØN – the fair for sustainable and fair living in Lübeck, Germany. The event took place at the Music and Congress Hall of Lübeck and brought together a wide range of exhibitors, initiatives and visitors interested in sustainability.

Flip-EC was represented by Alvine Datchoua-Tirvaudey and Florian Lottes, who presented the project and discussed its approach with visitors. The project sparked considerable interest and led to fruitful exchanges on behavioural routines, everyday tasks and practical measures that can help reduce energy consumption and energy costs in public buildings. The Flip-EC team was hosted at the stand of the Klimaleitstelle of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, which was supervised by the Team Energy Management and Sustainability.

A special highlight at the stand was the visit of the Mayor of Lübeck, Jan Lindenau, who took the time to learn more about Flip-EC and its contribution to more energy-efficient public buildings.

GO.GRØØN 2026 once again provided an important platform for presenting sustainable ideas and solutions to a broad audience. Under the motto “So bunt wie das Leben” (English: “As diverse as life itself”), the fair focused on sustainable lifestyles, social responsibility and green innovation. This year, the event was held for the first time in cooperation with LN-ePower fair, expanding the programme to include modern energy and home technologies and e-mobility.

For Flip-EC, the fair offered a valuable opportunity to raise awareness of the role of building users in improving energy efficiency. At GO.GRØØN, our representatives made it clear that encouraging behavioural change, strengthening cooperation and addressing unclear responsibilities are crucial for combating climate change.
