HAZGONE Project Platform Meeting in Vilnius

The HAZGONE project platform consortium met on 24 November 2025 in Vilnius for an internal workshop focused on strengthening cooperation and advancing project tools. Participants reviewed the full project inventory, explored interconnections between activities, and worked on finalizing a life-cycle-based numbering matrix. The session also featured an in-depth discussion on improving navigation across projects and shaping the concept for a shared “Navigator” tool. The workshop concluded with a collaborative exercise on how this Navigator should function and support partners in delivering practical, user-friendly outputs.
