The First On-Site One Stop Shop for Comprehensive Investor Support in Building Renovation and Energy Modernisation Opens in Poland

25 September 2025
Technical details

After many months of building knowledge resources, developing a membership ecosystem, searching for the best contractors, and establishing cooperation with local governments, the first on-site One Stop Shop (OSS) in Poland has officially opened. The new office operates at the headquarters of the South Poland Cleantech Cluster in Kraków, at 15/2a Studencka Street.

The OSS is a key element of the OSS krk HubRenowacji platform, created to comprehensively assist investors in building renovation and energy modernisation processes.

Through the OSS, investors can benefit from:

  • independent, free advisory services on available technologies and regulations,
  • information on funding opportunities and support in applying for grants,
  • profitability analyses of planned investments,
  • matchmaking between experts, contractors, and private or public investors,
  • training sessions and workshops for residents at the municipal and county levels.

The OSS model was developed in response to identified market barriers and is based on proven European experiences. Its aim is to simplify energy renovation processes – instead of forcing clients to coordinate multiple separate entities, OSS offers one central support point that guides investors through every stage of the project.

OSS krk HubRenowacji was launched within the EU-funded Renowave project, in cooperation with the South Poland Cleantech Cluster and the Association of Municipalities of Małopolska Region.

The opening ceremony gathered representatives of municipalities and counties, various institutions, as well as members of the OSS krk HubRenowacji ecosystem. The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, establish new contacts, and discuss the future of building renovation and energy modernisation in Poland.
