Workshop 1: Preparing comprehensive and diverse solutions to the identified challenges

Workshop 1 (Lappeenranta, 9 June 2025)

The goal of the workshop was to build trust among value chain actors and prepare solutions to identified recycling challenges. We approached the challenges by sharing best practices, doing site visits and interactive group work. Activities was started by clarifying project goals and connecting participants. An safe and open environment was established through “Safe Space” policy. The outcomes were a clear understanding of priority areas, identification of who should be involved in next steps, and initial ideas for addressing challenges. The workshop resulted in stronger collaboration foundation and commitment to advancing the project together.
