Let’s Move! Celebrate Interreg Cooperation Day 2025 with the Active Mobility Bingo

In 2025, we celebrate 35 years of Interreg cooperation — and we’re inviting people across the Baltic Sea Region to join in through action, creativity, and movement.

The Active Mobility Bingo is a fun and easy way to take part in the celebration and actively contribute to the sustainability of your region. Grab your walking shoes, call your friends, hop on your bike, and explore your city while completing simple, inspiring tasks that promote active and sustainable mobility.

You don’t need to be a pro athlete — just curious, a little playful, and willing to try new things. Complete a row or column of tasks on the Bingo card, snap some photos, and share your journey with us.

This challenge is part of the Interreg SUMPs for BSR project, which helps cities across the region make sustainable urban mobility planning (SUMP) more accessible and effective. Through this campaign, we celebrate not only European cooperation but also active mobility and sustainability as our shared values that connect us all.

Prizes? Recognition? Yes!

The most creative and committed participants will be recognised in each city, nominated for the sustainable prize and will be celebrated on Interreg Cooperation Day, 21 September 2025!

Rules & Conditions

1. Participation

• Participation in the Active Mobility Bingo is voluntary and open to everyone.
• The campaign runs from 1 September to 18 September 2025.
• Entries must be submitted through the webform, and if you want to get additional points, you can post the tasks on Facebook and Instagram using #InterregDay2025, #SUMPsforBSRbingo, and #YourCityMoves hashtags.

2. How to Participate

• Download the official Mobility Bingo card, save it on your phone or print it to cross out the completed tasks.
• Complete at least one full row or column of tasks by engaging in active mobility.
• For each completed task:
  • Cross out the task in the form.
  • Upload/post photo proof (e.g., a selfie, scenery, or photo of your bicycle).
  • When posting on Social Media, please indicate what task you have completed. Optionally, post a picture of your filled-in Bingo card and accompany it with the photo proofs.

3. Safety and Responsibility

• Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety.
• All participants must comply with local traffic regulations and safety recommendations.

4. Use of Submitted Materials

• By participating in the Active Mobility Bingo, participants agree that their uploaded photos may be used in project-related communication and promotional materials, both online and in print.

5. Personal Data

• Personal information will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Data will only be used for communication, coordination, and selection of campaign highlights and winners.

6. Results and Recognition

• Highlighted entries will be shared on the project, participating cities’, UBC SCC, Interreg and Interact channels.
• Selected submissions will be nominated and will be awarded during the Interreg Cooperation Day on 21 September 2025.
