On a mission to change food environments – challenges, opportunities and levers

Do you want to know how food environments can support healthy and sustainable food choices? Join Coffee with KISMET on Thursday, 17th of October, for a dive into challenges, opportunities and key actions.

Mission Food Environments is one of eight innovation platforms funded by Vinnova, the Swedish Innovation Agency, working towards sustainable food systems. The platform is headed by a core team of four organisations – WWF Sweden, Organic Sweden, Reformaten and MatLust/Södertälje municipality and has carried out mapping of food environments in collaboration and co-creation with many initiated actors and centred around our mission – By 2033, Sweden's public food environments support the needs of people, society and nature. 

For the first time in English, we invite you to peek into the illustrated system’s maps, launched in Sweden earlier this month. The core team – Ulrika Backlund, Anton Järild, Pelle Bengtsberg and Maria Micha – also look forward to learning about experiences and initiatives within food environments in other countries. Hope to see you there!
